Boeing Global is seeking to hire a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our international team supporting Latin America and the Caribbean. This position will report to international senior management.
The Senior Human Resources Generalist Specialist will be responsible for attending to all HR Activities in Latin America and the Caribbean.
This position is based in Mexico City, Mexico.

Coach, consult, and act as a trusted HR advisor and partner to employees and managers while offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Analyzes staffing and culture/employee engagement strategy performance and develops corrective solutions.
Allocate workload to meet business demands
Deploys and administers HR programs, policies, practices, and processes
Consults with management on staff selection.
Leads or conducts employee investigations, tracks, and monitors case activities.
Partner with leaders across the globe to create and implement strategies that meet business needs
Champion Latin American HR perspective in cross-functional projects, meetings, and events
Act as a member of the Boeing Global HR team, partner with peers and global leaders to balance risks and protect the company
Proactively engage with all functions and Enterprise project teams to deliver process improvement and efficiency for the region, including Payroll, Finance, Ethics, Compliance, Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, etc.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

- Must have existing rights to work in Mexico
- Fluent in both written and verbal English
- Fluent in both written and verbal Spanish
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience as an HR professional with a track record of coaching and mentoring to develop the skills and competence of others
- Extensive experience in Human Resources operations, including International policy and employment laws in the managed regions
- Good understanding of risks associated with Human Resources and the laws that govern in the individual countries of Latin America/Caribbean
- Experience of continued success in an International environment
- ‘Always people first’; focus on site strategies and delivering an outstanding service
- Experience working for a multinational organization
- Experience in delivering operational excellence and in using data to enhance and maintain the quality of service
- Experience partnering with stakeholders and leaders on workforce planning
- Experience using Workday and Tableau
